a. Where we are located?
    Bamtex is our newly marketing HQ in Qingdao city in Shandong province,in charge of the oveseas improt and export,and our factory in Zouping County,Binzhou City,is the largest research and production base of bamboo textiles in China. About 90% bamboo products are exported here.
b. How about the production ability of Bamtex?
    Bamtex own a whole advanced prodcution line,inlcuding spining,weaving,dyeding,finshing,packing,etc,with over 1200 skilled workers and 600sets improted or domestic machines.The leading towel factory founded in 1997,with more than 10 years production and marketing experience.So far our total output is 30000ton/year and will be more and more with our scale's expansion.
c. Which market have Bamtex products been exported?
    Our bamboo fiber yarn,bamboo fabric and bamboo finished products have been exported to all over the world,including UK,USA,Canada,France,Germeny,Australia ,Korea,Japan,Thailand,Taiwan,Hongkong ,Spain ,Italy ,Holland ,New Zealand,Mexico ,etc.

What products does Bamtex currently produce?
    Bamtex specializes in making yarn,fabric,cloth,bath and bed linens from bamboo fiber. All our products are made from 100% bamboo Yarn,or bamboo /organic cotton blend. What is the difference between the 100%bamboo and bamboo/cotton blend textiles.
100%bamboo:the yarn is pure bamboo fiber's .It's very soft ,silky,and it's water absorption is three times than cotton,anti-bacteria,green and biodegradable.but so far 100% bamboo products are not strong when wet,the bamboo yarn will be very weak when we put it into the water. So pls not wash it hardly.
Bamboo/cottton belend:the yarn of blend by bamboo and cotton yarn,it's also very soft ,smooth,and hign water absorption,similar with 100%bamboo's.What' s more ,the blend yarn make the textiles much stronger than 100%bamboo,keep used much longer time.
Are Bamtex's Textiles certified?
    The material used to make Bamtex's products is certified by Oeko-Tex or National testing report. Please see the attached certification sheet.
What do these certifications mean?
    It is an internationally respected certification of sustainable textiles. They certify that these textiles are made with the lowest practical ecological impact in a safe and fair working environment.
About Order
What is the minimum quantity of order?
    It is general condition and shall be reconfirmed before order. Remarks: we can also handle order below the minimum quantity with higher surcharge.
How long is the Delivery Date Of Bamtex Products?
    The delivery date of bamboo finished products should be caulated by your quantity ,items,and our production status. Generally speaking,it is from 30 to 45 days
What is general terms of payment?
    We can accept L/C at sight,or 30% deposit,70% before shipment.
About Sampling
How shall customer get sample from Bamtex?
    1. please visit our website and go to PRODUCT page,then please take a note of the Article NO that you have interest.
    2. Write mail to info@bamtex.net and inform the Article NO that you have interest.
    3. Provide the detailed post address including contact person ,tel no,zip code,etc. Also customer shall provide EXPRESS COURIER ACCOUNT NO. Generally customer shall pay for the freight.
Can Bamtex produce sample according to customer design and color?
    Yes,we can produce customer design according to counter sample or written instruction. We can dye any color according to customer panton No. or color sample .
What kind of information is necessary for making sample of customer's own design?
    We prefer to have counter sample from customer or detailed written instruction.
How much will it cost for sampling?
    Usually we will ask for sampling charge for producing sample for customer. The sample charge usually include 2 parts. One is sample cost,which is not refundable. Second part is sample surcharge,which is refundable after bulk order.
How long will it take for sampling?
    Usually it will take 15-30 days for sampling,depending on different sampling items.
About Inquiry
How long will Bamtex reply to customer inquiry?
    Normally speaking,Bamtex will reply to every inquiry within 1-2 days,for safety sake,if customer does not get any reply within 3-4 days,we strongly recommend you to call us to avoid any loss of your mail or fax. We prefer to get inquiry by mail info@bamtex.net
What kind of information is required for an inquiry?
    We strongly recommend customer to provide full details of your company and clear explanation of your interest. More detailed inquiry usually will have quicker reply.
